Legal Document
Power of Attorney is a legal document registered with the Office of Public Guardian. This document allows your chosen attorneys to make decisions on your behalf should you be unable to do so.
Health & Care LPA
A health and care Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) allows your attorneys to make decisions such as medical treatment and day-to-day care. This can include where you live, what you eat, what medical treatment you receive and who you see.

Property & Financial LPA
A financial decisions LPA lets your attorney handle (and make decisions about) your money and property.
This could include paying your bills, selling your property, collecting your pensions and collecting your benefits.
Business & Corporate LPA
A business & corporate LPA authorises designated individuals to make decisions about the owners business affairs if they become unable to do so due to loss of mental capacity.
This preemptive measure is crucial for maintaining business operations seamlessly, preventing potential legal and financial complications that can arise.
